Cleaning the apartments and townhouse in Belfast on a rota basis and making beds. You'll be expected to clean to a high standard.

Picking up and dropping guests off at the local airport and taking them to/from the apartment and checking them in/out.

Our Investment Coordinator will look at new properties, existing properties and renovations and how to save the company money.

As a concierge you will be responsible for the security of the buildings as well as checking guests in and out and providing help.

You will ensure that all bookings are kept up-to-date and the customer is happy with what they have booked.

Ideally keeping our properties and IT system up-to-date, producing an app for customers and easy to use booking system.
